BeSoul strictly prohibits any content that involves or promotes:

- Any sexually explicit, harmful, or exploitative content involving children
Any violation of these policies will result in the immediate removal of the content and permanent suspension of the responsible account, and may be reported to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or similar organizations.
Reporting and Feedback Mechanism
To protect our community and uphold these standards:
- Users can report inappropriate or suspicious content directly through the app's integrated Feedback Form located in the side menu (☰).
- Additionally, users can contact us at support@besoul.app to report any concern related to child safety or CSAE content.
Reports are reviewed promptly by our support and moderation team to ensure appropriate action is taken.
